Featuring Devon Berkshire, Erin Logemann, Blake Longacre and Jen Wineman

Directed by Ria Cooper

When acclaimed young writer Heat Christiansen returns home to Denmark to write his second novel, his relationships with three women from his childhood—sisters Margrethe and Birgitte, and their cousin Lone—surge into the present and threaten the strength of the women’s bonds to one another, and place his own career in jeopardy. A contemporary Danish serio-comedy in the tradition of Chekhov, Anticipating Heat utilizes the motif of the still photograph to explore the constructs of family, love, and truth.
